School and Organisation Provision
We offer school and organisation-funded coaching and liaison for young people who could benefit from additional support.
Coaching can help young people with:
- Education or transition difficulties
- Overwhelm or emotional dysregulation
- Organisation and executive function difficulties
- Diagnosed neurodiversity or awaiting assessment
- Low self-esteem or confidence
Coaching may focus on:
- Emotional wellbeing and regulation
- Confidence, identity and self-advocacy
- Routine and organisation
- Education-based challenges
- Communication and interpersonal relationships

Professional background:
- Master's-level clinical training as a Clinical Associate in Psychology
- NHS experience working with adults and young people
- Working towards ICF Associate Certified Coach accreditation
- Enhanced DBS checked
- Safeguarding trained
- Fully insured
no criteria requirements
Young people can receive support quickly, with no referral or service criteria requirements.

Combined Support Options
Half-day weekly provision
£60 per hour
Supporting approximately 2-4 young people in a half-day provision block, depending on level of need and intervention intensity.
Students will receive a 6-week intervention block with a collaborative review of goals with the YP, parent (if appropriate) and SENCO. A decision on whether support should continue, end or reduce will happen here.
Young People will receive:
- 60-minute coaching sessions
- Collaborative goal-setting
- Practical tools and strategies
- Reflection and review summary
- Staff liaison and parent communication where appropriate
First-time partner offer!
A 6-week pilot for first-time partner organisations looking to trial coaching in their setting - at a discounted rate!
£1,350 for 6 weeks
Sessions are typically held online or in-person in Breckland, Norfolk.
Foundation Package
£420pp
- For early intervention, transitions, and focused support needs
- 6 x 1:1 sessions
- Goal-setting and targeted strategy development
- Brief summary and review

- For young people in need of coaching and wider system involvement
- 12 x 1:1 sessions
